etx advised the “Supermercati Cisette” Group on a vendor-side M&A transaction involving the sale of its shares to a leading operator in the large-scale retail sector. Our team supported the sellers in their capacity as financial and tax advisers on the transaction.

Sell-side Gruppo Takler
etx acted as advisor to Takler S.r.l., a leading player in the truck components sector, on its acquisition of 100% of Autocar Tecnologie S.r.l. and Autocar Distributions S.r.l.
