Throughout his career Francesco has participated in major transactions at etx and has the operational responsibility for the main assignments in transaction services and M&A.
In his experience Francesco has gained absolute expertise in performing financial due diligence and drafting business plans for companies belonging to different product sectors.
Supporting the closing of financial statements (OIC and IAS both Stand Alone and Consolidated) and the development of management control models for important corporate groups are also part of Francesco’s expertise.
