Vincenzo Di Leva is currently a Senior Advisor at ETX.
During his career at Deloitte & Touche S.p.A., where he gained many years’ experience in audit and assurance work, Vincenzo has been involved in the audit of financial statements prepared in accordance with OIC and IAS-IFRS standards, the preparation of benchmark analyses on companies’ competitive positioning (through trend assessments of key financial indicators) and the critical review of business plans, with a view to verifying the sustainability of a company’s net invested capital.
Having developed cross-sector expertise in the food, interior design, automotive and railway signalling sectors, he currently specialises in accounting consultancy and mergers and acquisitions, utilising these as tools for redefining business strategies and maximising the value of a company’s capital.
